Time Warner Cable Pay Per View Movies Ny! Newcomers to EFT soon realise, as increasing numbers of experienced practitioners have before them, the wonderful results available when using The Movie Technique. As you watch Gary Craig use clients through the DVD sets, we rarely witness a session that doesn't contain a wonderful example of its use. But why is it this kind of useful technique?
As Gary often says 'choosing a movie that resonates with a problem forces your client to get specific about an issue.' So, for instance, wanting to collapse a worry of 'deficiency of confidence' we would be tapping by using these words like a set-up for hours with generally no results being experienced.
But, as we work through a certain movie which resonates with 'lack of confidence' and tap about the kinaesthetic feelings that arise, clearing all the negative aspects on the way and looking for, questioning and reframing the beliefs and decisions that appear, the outcome will be much better.
But, there are many other reasons why the movie technique is this kind of wonderful EFT tool.
When we undergo a traumatic incident, frequently we all do so in your flight and flight response (sympathetic mode) which, along with many other bodily consequences, means we process the wedding through our primitive hind brain, as opposed to through the higher intelligence of our frontal cortex.
Even so, the subconscious can have captured every aspect of the event, countless bits of information are stored, every sight, sound, smell, taste and feeling.
The traumatic nature of the events and the resulting shift to sympathetic, has the effect of compressing the knowledge and prevents us from adequately processing case.
It appears until this is often when information gets trapped in the energy systems.
For whilst nothing is wrong with experiencing emotions, while they all have their own place in our lives and are what make us human, emotions should flow through our energy system (e-motion means energy in motion). Ideally, emotional freedom means, as opposed to a lack of emotion, freedom for your emotion to flow, to become experienced and after that to let go of in the healthy manner.
Problems arise in the event the energy gets stuck within our meridian and other energy systems.
It takes a lot of energy to keep all this information available and even as get older and our bodily and energy systems lose their resilience, therefore we struggle to hold onto this negative energy. Thus the knowledge starts to leak, which could cause stress, anxiety, panic and anxiety attacks, OCD, depression along with other forms of mental and physical dis-ease.
When we utilize the movie technique, we can easily allow the data to decompress and stay processed because it should have been from the frontal cortex. Ultimately, we are able to then energetically rid yourself of the negative energy.
But instead of carelessly going in the movies inside a feet first, gung-ho fashion, therefore, it is essential that the flicks are accessed gently, keeping the client in parasympathetic mode all the time to fully allow the decompression of the knowledge.
Watching Gary, a master of intuitive therapy, regardless with the apparent original severity with the movie, we notice he always uses the gentle techniques while confronting these movies.
This allows your client to remain in parasympathetic mode, to totally facilitate the decompression, processing, and letting go of aspects with the trauma.
Whilst some memories are all too vibrant and fresh within the mind on the onset, on many occasions EFT therapists and clients report memories that have been originally cloudy, vague, obscure and contained low intensity levels become vibrant, with a lot of emotions and aspects appearing as they slowly and gently work through the movies. This is a good measure of the decompression effect the movie technique.
Either way, naturally, the discomfort can rapidly be handled using EFT.
Again, varying from person to person and fascinating for this reason non conformity as we apply EFT often the movies lose their colour, clarity and focus. We notice changes in association and disassociation, emotional intensity and kinaesthetic feelings disappear. All of which are warning signs of releasing the trapped energy.
Another good thing about letting go of such movie memories, are that whilst available, like a moth with a light, we sometimes find ourselves in repeating similar situations and events. We move in one job to head off being bullied, to find a similar bully waiting in our new job. We swap one abusive relationship for an additional. It appears whilst we save this energy trapped within our systems, we will keep repeating a similar situations. Maybe, trying to seek resolution?
Could it be this energy (which like every one of the energy within the universe ' is information) also attracts more events in the same nature into our lives by the law of attraction?
The Heartmath Institute conducted experiments that show we emit our movies (heart pictures) electromagnetically from your hearts and radiate this energy out around 10 feet from our bodies, in a 360 degree circle, 24 hours a day. This energy can also be many, more often than not more powerful than that emitted by our brains.
So having released and resolved these details through EFT, we can easily then stop being attracted too and attracting similar negative events into us. It's also essential to remember that for each traumatic movie resolved more vital energy will probably be released for other important bodily functions.
So keeping your personal peace procedures at heart, find an EFT partner to work with and start releasing these old detrimental, energy sapping movies. Focusing then around the positive will be a easier task.
