Top War Movies 2008! Newcomers to EFT soon realise, fat loss experienced practitioners have before them, the wonderful results available when using The Movie Technique. As you watch Gary Craig use clients through the entire DVD sets, we rarely witness a session it doesn't contain a wonderful illustration of its use. But why is it this type of useful technique?
As Gary often says 'choosing a movie that resonates using a problem forces the consumer to get specific a good issue.' So, for example, attempting to collapse an issue of 'not enough confidence' we'd be tapping by using these words as a set-up all day with generally little or no results being experienced.
But, when we work through a specific movie which resonates with 'deficiency of confidence' and tap for the kinaesthetic feelings that arise, clearing all of the negative aspects on the way and looking for, questioning and reframing the beliefs and decisions that appear, the final results will be superior.
But, there are many other reasons why the movie technique is this type of wonderful EFT tool.
When we undergo a traumatic incident, frequently perform so during the flight and flight response (sympathetic mode) which, together with many other bodily consequences, means we process the big event through our primitive hind brain, instead of through the higher intelligence of our own frontal cortex.
Even so, the subconscious could have captured every aspect of case, an incredible number of bits of information are stored, every sight, sound, smell, taste and feeling.
The traumatic nature of such events and also the resulting shift to sympathetic, gets the effect of compressing the data and prevents us from adequately processing the big event.
It appears that is often when information gets trapped in the energy systems.
For whilst you'll find nothing wrong with experiencing emotions, because they all have their own place in our way of life and are what make us human, emotions should flow through our energy system (e-motion means energy in motion). Ideally, emotional freedom means, as opposed to a deficiency of emotion, freedom for that emotion circulation, to be experienced and after that to let go of in a very healthy manner.
Problems arise if the energy gets stuck in our meridian along with other energy systems.
It needs a lot of energy to keep all this information in place and as we get older and our bodily and energy systems lose their resilience, and we all struggle to carry onto this negative energy. Thus the knowledge starts to leak, which may cause stress, anxiety, panic disorder, OCD, depression as well as other forms of mental and physical dis-ease.
When we utilize the movie technique, we can easily allow the knowledge to decompress and turn into processed as it should have been from the frontal cortex. Ultimately, we could then energetically forget about the negative energy.
But as opposed to carelessly going with the movies inside a feet first, gung-ho fashion, therefore, it is essential that the flicks are accessed gently, keeping the consumer in parasympathetic mode always to fully permit the decompression of the information.
Watching Gary, an expert of intuitive therapy, regardless with the apparent original severity in the movie, we notice he always uses the gentle techniques while confronting these movies.
This allows your client to remain in parasympathetic mode, absolutely facilitate the decompression, processing, and letting go coming from all aspects in the trauma.
Whilst some memories are typical too vibrant and fresh in the mind in the onset, on many occasions EFT therapists and clients report memories which are originally cloudy, vague, obscure and contained low intensity levels become vibrant, with many emotions and aspects appearing while they slowly and gently process the movies. This is a good measure in the decompression effect the movie technique.
Either way, needless to say, the discomfort can rapidly be dealt with using EFT.
Again, varying for every person and fascinating for this reason non conformity as we apply EFT often the movies lose their colour, clarity and focus. We notice alterations in association and disassociation, emotional intensity and kinaesthetic feelings disappear. All of which are indications of releasing the trapped energy.
Another advantage of letting go of the movie memories, are that whilst in place, just like a moth to some light, we often find inside us repeating similar situations and events. We move from job to avert being bullied, only to find a similar bully waiting in your new job. We swap one abusive relationship for one more. It appears whilst we save this energy trapped in your systems, we're going to keep repeating a similar situations. Maybe, attempting to seek resolution?
Could it be this energy (which like all the energy within the universe ' is information) also attracts more events with the same nature into our way of life by the law of attraction?
The Heartmath Institute conducted experiments that report we emit our movies (heart pictures) electromagnetically from my hearts and radiate this energy out up to 10 feet from our bodies, in a very 360 degree circle, around the clock. This energy can also be many, often more powerful than that emitted by our minds.
So having released and resolved this info through EFT, we could then stop being attracted too and attracting similar negative events into our lives. It's important too to remember that for each traumatic movie resolved more vital energy will likely be released for other important bodily functions.
So keeping your individual peace procedures planned, find an EFT partner to work with and start releasing these old detrimental, energy sapping movies. Focusing then around the positive will probably be a much easier task.
